This updated driver not only supports the latest GPUs but also addresses multiple issues that have plagued users, such as G-Sync and V-Sync bugs, along with game-specific problems. One of the key highlights of this release is its support for Nvidia’s latest iteration of Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS 4), which offers considerable performance improvements, particularly in games like Black Myth: Wukong and No More Room In Hell 2. For instance, users have reported that Black Myth: Wukong can successfully run at over 110 frames per second on a GeForce RTX 5070 with all settings maxed out. Even more impressive performances are expected from higher-end models, including the RTX 5070 Ti, the RTX 5080, and the RTX 5090.

Improved Performance and Bug Fixes

This driver release is a significant achievement for Nvidia, rectifying several issues that caused crashes in popular games like inZOI, Monster Hunter Wilds, Senua’s SagHellblade II, The First Berserker: Khazan, and The Last of Us Part I. Besides game-specific fixes, it resolved stuttering issues in Overwatch 2 and Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection for a smoother gaming experience. Moreover, fixes for the RTX 50 series include resolving issues with computers failing to wake from sleep mode, ensuring the new graphics cards operate reliably and efficiently.

Nvidia’s RTX 50 series cards are available in three models: the 16GB RTX 5060 Ti at $429, the 8GB RTX 5060 Ti at $379, and the 8GB RTX 5060, releasing in May at $299. However, actual retail prices may exceed these suggested prices due to market trends and demand. Despite potential price spikes, the new GPUs offer enhanced performance and features.
