This section provides information specific to Colorado Residents. This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on the type of personal data we collect, how we use it and who we share it with. Pursuant to the Colorado Privacy Act (“CPA”), Colorado residents have the right to be informed about the data we collect about them. This Privacy Notice applies solely to natural persons who are Colorado residents, as defined in the CPA. Please note that this Privacy Notice does not apply to Colorado residents who are acting as employees or job applicants.  If you are a Colorado resident, you have the following rights:
  • You have the right to know and see what Personal Information we have collected about you in a usable format.
  • You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information.
  • You have the right to request we delete the Personal Information we have collected about you, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
  • You have the right to “opt out” of targeted advertising and the sale of your Personal Information (as defined under CO Law). 

Sensitive Data

As described in this Privacy Notice, B2BDaily may process certain personal information that is considered “Sensitive Data.” Processing of sensitive data only occurs when you knowingly take affirmative action to provide such information to us for processing. Sensitive personal data means: (A) data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, mental or physical health condition or diagnosis, sex life, sexual orientation or citizenship or immigration status, (B) the processing of genetic or biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying an individual, (C) personal data collected from a known child with parental or guardian authorization and consent, or (D) precise geolocation data. B2BDaily does not conduct “profiling” as defined by Colorado law.

To respond to your requests to access, obtain a copy of, correct or delete your personal data, we will need to verify your identity and/or authority to make such requests and access, receive, modify or delete such personal data. We may ask you to provide us with information about yourself in order to verify your identity. You may designate an authorized agent to request any of the above rights on your behalf. Even if you choose to use an agent, as permitted by law, we may require you to confirm you have authorized the agent to act on your behalf or require you to verify your own identity.
