In a concerning development, Ukrainian officers have fallen victim to a malware attack through seemingly innocuous messages on the secure messaging app Signal. Attack methodology

The archived files, however, harbored a hidden danger. They were infected with two types of malware: REMCOSRAT and REVERSESSH. These malicious codes allowed the threat actors to gain remote access to the officers’ computers, potentially obtaining sensitive information or even manipulating systems.
