Microsoft has introduced groundbreaking AI-powered features in its classic Paint and Notepad apps, enhancing the functionality of these beloved tools on Windows 11 with innovative AI technology. One of the notable enhancements in the Paint application is the introduction of Generative Fill and Generative Erase features. Generative Fill allows users, specifically those with Copilot+ PCs powered by Snapdragon processors, to add detailed new content to images by simply describing what they want. This tool automates the process of incorporating elements such as castles or changing the background scenery, seamlessly integrating the described additions into the image. On the other hand, Generative Erase, available to all Windows 11 users, lets users remove unwanted objects from images and fills the space as though the object never existed.
