A Digital Extremes employee analyzed crash logs for the game Warframe and found that over half of the issues could be traced back to the affected Intel CPUs. Despite these efforts, the overarching trend remains clear: the consensus among developers is that these high-end Intel CPUs are unstable, creating substantial operational burdens.

The Plundervolt vulnerability of 2019 compounds these issues, as it restricts undervolting capabilities. This security concern further narrows the scope of potential solutions, as undervolting, though reducing performance, might have helped in stabilizing the system to some extent.
