The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has concluded a significant investigation into labor practices at two mushroom farms located in Half Moon Bay, California. California Terra Garden, Inc., and Concord Farms, Inc. have been found in severe violation of the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSPA).
